Add 2-3 drops to your shower floor daily to support healthy lungs
Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. This is especially beneficial when respiratory issues are present.
Add 15 drops to 1 ounce tamanu oil and apply twice daily to warts.
