Diffuse in the home during winter months
Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel and steam for 2 to 5 minutes
Add 2 to 3 drops to the floor of your shower before stepping in daily
Add 40 drops to an 8oz hand soap for your own natural soap

Do not use on skin undiluted. Per Robert Tisserand's "Essential Oil Safety" book, "do not apply to or near the face of infants or children under 10 years of age". May antedote homeopathy treatments. Can be skin irritating. Use caution if you have sensitive skin.

Cleansing Eucalyptus Room Spray
4oz spray bottle
4oz distilled water
10 drops eucalyptus essential oil
10 drops orange essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil
Add distilled water to container. Add essential oil drops. Cap and shake. Spray in bathrooms, bedrooms or other rooms where cold and flu may be present.
