• Diffuse in the home during winter months
• Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel and steam for 2 to 5 minutes
• Add 2 to 3 drops to the floor of your shower before stepping in daily

Cleansing Eucalyptus Room Spray

• 4oz spray bottle
• 4oz distilled water
• 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil
• 10 drops orange essential oil
• 10 drops lemon essential oil

Add distilled water to container. Add essential oil drops. Cap and shake. Spray in bathrooms, bedrooms or other rooms where cold and flu may be present.
