Relaxing Bath Salt
- 4 ounces himalayan pink salts
- 8 drops lavender essential oil
- 4 drops ylang ylang essential oil
- 8 drops orange essential oil
Add essential oil drops to the himalayan pink salt. Stir well or cover and shake. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to a warm evening bath.
Achy Foot Soak
- Large pot or foot bath tub
- 1/2 cup himalayan pink salt or epsom salt
- 3 to 4 drops lemongrass essential oil
- 3 to 4 drops peppermint essential oil
- Fill pot or tub with warm water (enough for your ankles to submerge in the water). Add salt with peppermint and lemongrass essential oils. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes to soothe achy feet and ankles.
