Niaouli essential oil is a good immune and respiratory supporter. It is a great oil to diffuse in the home, at work or in the car to support a germ-free environment.

Niaouli is steam distilled from the branches and twigs of the melaleuca viridiflora bush. Our current batch is from Rwanda. It's aroma is reminiscent of eucalyptus with a high amount of 1,8 cineole to open the breathing airways and support the lungs.

Add 2-3 drops to your shower floor daily to support healthy lungs
Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. This is especially beneficial when respiratory issues are present.
Add 5 drops to boiled water once it has cooled. Wet a rag in this mix and apply compresses to boils to help open them up.

Animals are sensitive to essential oils, especially cats and smaller furry friends. Never put essential oils on cats or other small pets fur. When using essential oils with dogs or other animals consult a holistic vet for advice on how to use them safely.

Pour carrier ingredient into a PET plastic or glass container. Add essential oil drops. Cap and shake. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to a warm bath. Use as a chest rub before bed or in the morning before starting day. Dab under your nose for respiratory support.
