I have recently been receiving a lot of questions about which essential oils are good for hot flashes. Geranium and lavender essential oils are my top go to essential oils for hot flashes and night sweats. You can either use the essential oils undiluted in your bed sheets for a stronger aroma, or spray your pillow with the recipe below for a lighter aroma.
To use undiluted for a stronger aroma at night:
Add 1 drop geranium and or lavender to your pillow or bed sheets.
Natural Hot Flash Spray
Pour distilled water into glass bottle. Add geranium and lavender drops. Cap and shake. Spray on your face and neck as needed. Or spray your pillow at night before bed. Make sure to shake before each use as the essential oils will separate between use.
