Add 8-10 drops to 1 ounce coconut oil and apply to stiff muscles and joints
Diffuse 3-4 drops in a diffuser to promote healthy air in the home and keep germs at bay

Boil some water on the stove. Fill a soup or cereal bowl 2/3 full with the steaming water. Add essential oil drops. Put a towel over your head and steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
