• Add 5 drops to a diffuser in the daytime to energize and stimulate the mind
• Add 1 drop to a cotton ball and keep on your work desk to help you focus
• Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water and steam with a towel over your head for 2 to 5 minutes to help break up congestion
• Add 5 drops peppermint essential oil to 2 Tablespoons jojoba oil and rub on upset tummies.

Peppermint essential oil is very strong and should never be used on the skin undiluted or in a bath. It is not recommended for pregnant women or children under 5. May be too strong for people with asthma. It is not recommended for people with high blood pressure. Peppermint is very stimulating and best used during the day. May antidote homeopathic remedies.

Animals are sensitive to essential oils, especially cats and smaller furry friends. Never put essential oils on cats or other small pets fur. When using essential oils with dogs or other animals consult a holistic vet for advice on how to use them safely.

Pain Relieving Oil Blend

• 1oz pump container, glass or PET plastic
• 1oz Jojoba Oil
• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

Add jojoba oil to container. Add essential oil drops. Cap and shake. Apply once or twice daily to achy muscles.
