• Add 8-10 drops to 1 ounce jojoba oil and apply to wrists and under nose when holiday stress has you feeling overwhelmed
• Add 4 or 5 drops to a home diffuser
• Add 2 drops to our holiday ornament
• Add a few drops to an essential oil necklace or bracelet

Do not use on skin undiluted. Dilute essential oils in a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or aloe gel before using on the skin undiluted. Check out our Essential Oil Dilution blog post for recommendations on making topical blends.

Do not put near eyes or mucous membranes.
