Add 1 drop to your bedsheets to help you sleep and ease anxiety
Put 1 drop on a cotton ball and inhale deeply when you feel anxiety setting in
Add 4 to 5 drops to a warm evening bath
Add 3 to 4 drops to 1 ounce of your face cream
Diffuse 5 drops in a diffuser
Put 1 to 2 drops on a cotton ball and inhale deeply at the end of your Yoga practice.
Frankincense essential oil is generally a safe oil. It is recommended to dilute essential oils in a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or aloe gel before using on the skin undiluted.

Nourishing Face Steam
1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
Boil 2 cups of water and pour into a large bowl. Add essential oil drops. Cover your head and steam your face for 2 to 5 minutes. A great way to clean the skin and pores. You're skin will look and feel amazing after!
