Our current batch of helichrysum is from Italy and was steam distilled in October 2018. Helichrysum essential oil has a 5 year shelf life when stored in a cool, dark place with the cap kept on tight to prevent oxidation.

Add 1 drop to a cotton ball and breathe in when having a spastic cough
Put 1 drop on a cotton ball and inhale deeply before meditation or prayer
Add 3 drops helichrysum and 3 drops lavender to 1 ounce (2 T.) aloe gel and apply to itchy skin situations
No known safety issues when used diluted in a carrier oil such as jojoba oil for topical use.

Pour carrier ingredient into a PET plastic or glass container. Add lavender, frankincense, copaiba and helichrysum essential oil drops. Mix well with a glass stir rod or spoon. Apply to painful or wounded areas 2 to 3 times a day.
