Home Remedy for Cellulite

• 1oz pump container, glass or PET plastic
• 1oz or 2 tablespoons aloe gel
• 2 drops cedarwood essential oil
• 8 drops cypress essential oil
• 3 drops grapefruit essential oil
• 3 drops lemon essential oil

Add essential oil drops to container. Add aloe gel. Cap and shake. Lemon and grapefruit essential oils are phototoxic and should not be put on the skin before going in the sun or a tanning bed. I recommend using this cellulite recipe every night before bed. Work it in massaging cellulite areas to help stimulate the breakup of fat deposits. Write the name and date on a label and apply to the bottle for future reference. Store in a cool, dry place. This blend will last 1 year stored out of sunlight and heat.
