• Add 1 to 2 drops to a cotton ball and inhale deeply when coughs or asthma are present
• Diffuse in the home when going thru big transitions like a new job, divorce, or loss of a loved one
• Add 5-6 drops cypress and 5-6 drops lemon to 1 oz jojoba oil and apply to varicose veins

Non-toxic and non-irritating unless the oil is oxidized. Take care when storing cypress making sure to keep it in a cool, dark location with the cap on tight. As with all essential oils, do not use on the skin undiluted.

Animals are sensitive to essential oils, especially cats and smaller furry friends. Never put essential oils on cats or other small pets fur. When using essential oils with dogs or other animals consult a holistic vet for advice on how to use them safely.

Cellulite Recipe

• 1 ounce pump container, glass or PET plastic
• 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons aloe gel
• 8 drops cypress essential oil
• 2 drops cedarwood essential oil
• 3 drops grapefruit essential oil
• 3 drops lemon essential oil

Add essential oil drops to container. Add aloe gel. Cap and shake. Apply once or twice daily to cellulite. Lemon and grapefruit essential oils are phototoxic. This blend should not be put on before going into the sun or a tanning bed. Best to use nightly before bed.
