• Inhaler (stuffy morning go-to): Hold a few inches below your nose and take 2–3 gentle breaths. Repeat as needed.
• Shower method: Add 1–3 drops to the shower floor (away from direct water stream) and let the steam carry the aroma.
• Steam bowl: Add 1 drop to a bowl of steaming water. Lean at a comfortable distance, tent a towel loosely, and breathe in the steam for 1–3 minutes. Stop if it feels too intense.
• Mini wool balls: Add 1–2 drops to a mini wool ball, let absorb for a minute, then carry in your pocket for easy access throughout the day.
• Sunflower carrier oil (dilution + DIY chest rub): Mix a small amount of sunflower oil with 1–2 drops of Breathe, rub hands together, then apply to chest/neck area (avoid eyes). Patch test first and start with less.
• Wool dryer balls: Add 5-6 drops to a wool dryer ball at the end of your dry cycle. Great for towels.
