• Put 1 drop on a cotton ball and apply to bug bites
• Add 3 to 4 drops to a warm evening bath to encourage relaxation
• Add 1 drop to a bowl of steaming water and steam with a towel over your head for 2 to 3 minutes for allergies and hay fever
• Diffuse 5 drops in an essential oil diffuser when you feel stressed or anxious
• Add 5-6 drops to 1 ounce jojoba oil and apply to arthritis pain or skin rashes

Bug Bite Relief

• 1oz spray container, glass or PET plastic
• .5oz jojoba oil
• .5oz aloe gel
• 5 drops blue tansy essential oil
• 3 drops cedarwood essential oil
• 7 drops lavender essential oil

Add jojoba oil to container. Add essential oil drops. Add aloe gel to container. Cap and shake. Apply to bug bites as needed to take the itch out.
