Diffuse 4-5 drops in a diffuser when cold or flu is present in the home
Add 2-3 drops to the inside of toilet paper rolls to support healthy bathrooms
Add 5-6 drops to 1 ounce jojoba oil and use as a chest rub or add the mixture to a warm bath
