Take the center silver piece out of the center. Open it like a locket. Simply add 3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil or essential oil blend. Close and replace in bracelet. Refresh as needed. Be sure there is no essential oil on the outside of the bracelet that could come in contact with your child's skin. They are way too strong for them on the skin undiluted.
