Himalayan salt massage hearts can be used for massage, deodorant stones, or in the bath.

For hot compresses pop in the microwave to heat

For cold compresses put in the freezer

For deodorant, wet and apply. Store in a travel soap dish container.

Add to bath when you begin to fill the tub
