German chamomile essential oil has a strong, sweet, herbaceous aroma and is one of the gentlest essential oils. It is a calming oil especially beneficial for painful situations, stress and soothing upset tummies.

• Add 3 drops german chamomile and 2 drops roman chamomile to a diffuser to support sleep
• Add 15 drops to 1 oz. or 2 T. tamanu oil and rub on painful joints
• Add 15 drops to 1 oz. or 2 T. aloe gel and rub on stressed tummies

German chamomile is one of the safest essential oils available. As with all essential oils, do not use on skin undiluted.

Belly Tension Soother

• 1 ounce (2T.) aloe gel
• 4 drops german chamomile essential oil
• 4 drop roman chamomile essential oil
• 4 drops lavender essential oil

Add essential oil drops to the aloe gel. Cap and shake well. Apply to abdomen when tension and stress create discomfort in the tummy.

Apply a label with the date you created your blend. This blend will last 1 to 2 years when stored in a cool dark location.
