Geranium essential oil is very strong and should be used in small amounts. Do not use on the skin undiluted as it can cause skin irritation. Use no more than 10-15 drops Geranium Essential Oil to 1 ounce carrier.

Animals are sensitive to essential oils, especially cats and smaller furry friends. Never put essential oils on cats or other small pets fur. When using essential oils with dogs or other animals consult a holistic vet for advice on how to use them safely.

Hot Flash Spray

• 4 ounce PET plastic bottle with spray cap
• 4 ounces distilled water
• 4 drops Geranium Essential Oil
• 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 4 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil

Add essential oil drops to 4oz bottle. Fill with 4 ounces distilled water. Cap and shake. Spritz on face when feeling a hot flash.
