Kokokahn's pure essential oil blends are 10ml or about 200 drops

Add 4 to 5 drops to a warm bath
Add 4 to 5 drops to a warm foot bath
Add 15-18 drops to 2 Tablespoons tamanu oil and massage on muscle and joint pain

2 Tablespoons Jojoba Oil
10-15 drops Cool Relief Essential Oil Blend
Put aloe gel in a PET plastic or glass container. Add Cool Relief Essential Oil Blend drops. Cap and shake. Apply to feet, neck, back or other achy joints and muscles.
