• Put 1 drop in a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel and steam for 2 to 5 minutes to break up mucous.
• Add 10-12 drops to 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons aloe gel. Rub on arthritic joints.
• Add 15 drops to 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons jojoba oil. Add 1 teaspoon of this mixture to a warm himalayan salt bath to soothe pain throughout the body.
• Diffuse in a diffuser to create a stress free environment in the home

Balsam fir essential oil can be skin irritating especially if it is not stored in a cool dark place with the cap on tight. Not recommended to use on the skin undiluted.

Animals are sensitive to essential oils, especially cats and smaller furry friends. Never put essential oils on cats or other small pets fur. When using essential oils with dogs or other animals consult a holistic vet for advice on how to use them safely.

Sinus Chest Rub

• 1 ounce jojoba oil
• 4 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
• 4 drops Balsam Fir Essential Oil
• 2 drops Ginger Essential Oil
• 2 drops Fragonia (TM) Essential Oil

Add essential oil drops to jojoba oil. Cap and shake well. Use as a nightly chest rub to support respiratory health.
